Prerequisites for Fundraising Success will help you build a solid fundraising program from the ground up. Learn how to plan, launch, and maintain a successful fundraising program. Workshop covers 18 prerequisites for fundraising success including the need for commitment from top leadership, knowing what your prospective donors want to support, and identifying and prioritizing donors. Includes time for Q&A and discussion.  Small group exercises will focus on what to include in the case for support and how to solicit a gift. Workshop builds on guidance provided in presenters’ book Prerequisites for Fundraising Success: The 18 Things You Need to Know as a Fundraising Professional, Board Member, or Volunteer. Workshop fee includes purchase of book for use during and after workshop.

The how-to information provided in the workshop and book demystify fundraising and help increase fundraising success. If you want to jumpstart your fundraising but aren’t sure where to begin, this workshop is for you.
