GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Development and Communications is a senior management level position directly responsible for all development and communication activities across the organization including strategy, implementation, results measurement, and evaluation. He/she will work closely with the President, Board of Directors, Development Committee, and program staff on setting the long-term direction of the organization and in managing the overall organization.
